My stay at the hotel was lovely, with comfy and tidy rooms providing a quiet retreat, although some areas are in need of updating. The service was excellent, offering fast and pleasant assistance. The location was ideal for exploring Dortmund's center and nearby attractions, with the added convenience of close parking options. The dining experience was diverse but fell a bit short of expectations. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located near Westfalenstadion, the Dortmund Fair, and the highway, offering a comfortable bed. However, the room did not match the pictures as expected, and the delivery of a bottle of still water at 1:30 AM was inconvenient.

The hotel has good-sized rooms with amenities like air conditioner, minibar with refrigerator, and a big TV. However, our non-smoking room was a bit warm overnight, and the air conditioning seemed to blow out hot air instead of cold. Due to some room issues, we were assigned a different room during our stay.

The hotel had great rooms with very comfortable beds and a hot powerful shower. The outside surroundings were okay but could improve with better pillows.
